Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Cancellation policy/right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered as a single item; or to which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods if you have ordered more than one item as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately.

You can use the sample/withdrawal form provided by us online for this purpose, which is not mandatory www.baf-cookware.de To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The money will not be refunded by Baf.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, or for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
